Just a quick note of thanks for the friendly and
efficient way you sorted the problem of some
websites not being availble in IE7 aothough
available via AOL native. It was a joy to watch
your diagnostic skills in action. Our friends at
(another local company) had previously spent
several hours and a couple of visits getting
nowhere on this one. They blamed AOL and
suggested I move to their own ISP! Thanks again.

desperate telephone call was quick and Mr Bool
turned up that very day. He went straight to
work, identified the problem and sorted it. My
computer was up and running the same day. His
pricing is straightforward and cheaper than
other less efficient computer repairers...and he
didn't suggest that I needed to buy a new
computer! Recommended and I would trust his
expertise any time.'
