Home Users:

£40 per hour (Minimum charge £30); there is no call out charge. Areas outside of a ten mile radius of Yateley may incur additional charges. We aren't VAT registered (yet) so this is the price you pay.

Business / Server Work:

£45 per hour (Minimum charge £40)

Remote support is charged at £10 per 15 minute block.

We have a simple policy of being honest; and will not try and sell you something you don't need or want.

We offer fixed rate prices for operating system upgrades/re-installs, or larger installations.

Reinstall of windows:

Collection of your PC, all data backed up, Windows reinstalled, data restored, return of PC £120

Home network setup:

Supply and installation of the broadband wireless router, a wireless card for a laptop. Enabling file and printer sharing to allow the laptop to print to the desktop PC's printer: Hardware £80 installation and configuration £40.

Replacement Power supply:

It's surprising the number of these that we have to replace, most of the time the old one hasn't destroyed the rest of the components as it died. If this is the case then total cost for this is £75
