We now offer remote support, this allows us to resolve those little problems you may have with your PC but really don't warrant the cost of getting someone out, email setup/home networking problems etc. As long as your internet connection is still working we can help you.

This service requires no previous visit to install any software. All communications between our PCs are encrypted and completely secure, and you can see what is happening the whole time.

The cost for this is the same as our normal hourly charge of £50 but on a pro-rata basis based on 15 Minute blocks

 We accept payments online via paypal using either your account with them, or credit/debit cards.
